Ordering process

Most clients ordering a commissioned container find it helpful to review the available shapes and textures offered on the glazed and unglazed gallery pages of this site. Once a color, style, and texture are identified, please email with the image number(s), along with the needed dimensions. An estimate will be forwarded to you once the design has been confirmed.

Please review the general price list for ballpark estimates.

Upon completion of a custom order, shipping costs will be confirmed and a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you. Payments can be made directly from the links provided in the invoice. Payments can be made via PayPal or by credit card.

Please note, due to the nature of clay and it’s varying shrinkage rates, all sizes are approximate on custom orders.
